Anyone that knows me knows that I love the Atlanta Falcons. So of course, I’d go to the unofficial home bar, Restaurant 10, which is located right across the street from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. I’m usually extremely skeptical about most American cuisine spots because they rarely accommodate different palates. However, I was surprised to find that Restaurant 10 has several options that work for those that don’t consume a lot of dairy or red meat such as Turkey Ribs, Shrimp Po’ Boy, Salmon BLT, Butterfly Shrimp, Bourbon-Glazed Salmon and more.
I hadn’t ordered any of those the first two times I visited. I actually ordered the same thing: the turkey burger.
Though it had cheese on it, I was overall impressed with the flavor. This burger was moist, well-seasoned, and was prepared as if it were a homemade burger. There were chunks of green pepper oozing from the burger, similar to how I and some of my friends prepare burgers at home.
In addition to the burger, I opted for the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer.
This was a good, but standard fried shrimp app with fried jalapeños and a spicy, sweet chili sauce for a dip. Between that and the honey corn muffins, you could stuff yourself before the entree arrives.
Folks that come with me have liked their meals too. During one visit, my mom ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and my aunt ordered the Bourbon-Glazed Salmon.
My boyfriend grabbed the the Turkey Ribs the first time we stopped by. (Though, we couldn’t quite figure out what part of the turkey the ribs came from.)
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention their drinks though. I mean, I don’t know of too many places that proudly have Hpnotiq as an ingredient in a cocktail.
I stuck with my rum and bourbon drinks during my visits because you know how I do.
OH! And I don’t trust everyone’s banana pudding because most people make the shortcut version, but Restaurant 10 makes the kind I trust.
Overall, Restaurant 10 has some decent options for those with selective palates. True vegans might need to stay away, but I mean, it is a sports bar in Atlanta. The food you get is delicious. The service is good. The interior decor is set up where you can see the game from anywhere you stand. I can’t complain. And I was told that they’re going to add hookahs and an outdoor patio so it’ll also have a great day party vibe. Stop by sometime soon. I doubt you’ll regret it.
Disclaimer: My meal was compensated for one of the visits, however, that does not affect the opinions and comments written in this post.
